We want you to love every piece you buy from Attractive Sister. Because earrings are personal-hygiene items, we follow the policy below.
1. Damaged, defective or wrong item
- If you receive a damaged, defective, incomplete or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp/phone +91 91791 74440 or email bemihubnyra@gmail.com with your order number.
- Please share a clear unboxing video (from opening the sealed parcel) and photos of the product.
- After verification we will offer a free replacement or a full refund, as per your choice and stock availability.
2. Non-returnable cases
- For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn, tried on, or whose packaging has been tampered with cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Change of mind, colour preference, or slight shade variation due to screen settings/photography is not considered a defect.
- Products marked as final sale are not returnable.
3. Order cancellation
- You can cancel your order free of charge before it is dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
- Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled. Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery orders may lead to COD being disabled for future orders.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds for prepaid orders are credited to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made by UPI or bank transfer to the details you share with us.
- Delivery on our store is free, so no shipping charge is deducted.
